Our team goal is customer service and both ladies are a valuable asset to the team.

Adam Popien

Hello, my name is Adam Popien with ReMax Kamloops. I first moved to Kamloops in 2007 to enroll in a trades program at TRU, after working in a number of industries over 6 years as a welder I was excited to start a new career in real estate. Real Estate has certainly been a passion for me from the day I started in 2015. It has also run in the family following after my father Frank as he also sold real estate, but with ReMax Shuswap in Salmon Arm. I have helped many clients, friends and family buy and sell real estate over the years and I’m always looking forward to meeting new clients and striving towards exceeding their expectations.

In my personal life, I met my wife Renee in 2014 and came back to live in Kamloops full time shortly after meeting her. We are both big hockey fans, and certainly love our Blazers team. Sports have always been a big part of my life, I started playing hockey and soccer from a young age and still enjoy playing in some local leagues. Travel has been one of my biggest goals and passions, I’ve been fortunate to travel to some beautiful places but have many more to see. I grew up in BC and have always loved the outdoor lifestyle it provides, camping, fishing, hiking, snowboarding are all passions of mine to this day. Living in Kamloops allows me to take full advantage of those passions and that has always brought me back to Kamloops and the community it provides. I love working with out of town clients to help show them our community and all the benefits it has.

I try my best to stay involved in the community through a few different organizations. I have been a proud Kamloops West Rotarian since 2016 and that experience has taught me a lot about our community and the great people we have here. I’ve also been a part of the TRU Alumni board which has been a great experience being a part of TRU again after graduating in 2011. I’ve always believed in giving back where possible, also being part of the International Rotary Foundation, KIVA microloans for entrepreneurs, and Children’s Miracle Network.
